For everyday I like to use a pencil liner, but when I want to draw more attention to my eyes and have more precise liner, I reach for MAC Fluidline. It's super easy to use unlike liquid eyeliners, but gives the same effect. The gel is creamy and applies flawlessly. I recommend using a small eyeliner brush, like MAC 210 Precise Eye Liner Brush. Simply roll the brush in the pot and glide across lash line. It couldn't be easier! My favs are Blacktrack (jet black, perfect for a night out) and Macroviolet (great with green or hazel eyes).

Now that the cooling trend has finally hit SF, I find my hands drying out even faster. Especially with the threat of the flu or cold lurking around every corner, I find myself washing my hands multiple times a day and applying hand sanitizer. Even though I have yet to get sick (thanks purell!) it is taking a toll on my sensitive hand skin. I try to reach for whatever lotion is available. But, the best of the best is L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream. It is super rich and absorbs quickly so you are not left with greasy hands. I recommend picking up the full size tube to leave at work or home and grab a few of the travel size 1 oz. to stash in your purse, car or whereever else you may feel the need to moisturize your hands.

When you need to exfoliate on vacation or just feel the need for a great face scrub . . . grab a sugar packet the next time you pick up your latte at the bucks. It is a cheap and easy way to get your face scrub on! Mix the granular sugar with some of your regular face cleanser and exfoliate away. Move quickly as the sugar will melt rapidly. I carry a few in my purse for on the go scrubbing. Try it for yourself!
I love the idea of a Fragrance Sampler. You get to try out several different fragrances and see how they wear all day and night. And then when you find the scent that is totally you . . . you go pick up a full size of it with the voucher included in the set. Sephora's fragrance samplers are by far the best. They are perfect for someone . . . a sister, friend, mother, etc. that you want to give a great gift to, but are not quite sure what their perfume style is. There are also a variety of samplers so you can find one for someone no matter what their age or style is. I picked up one as a Christmas present to a friend last year and she absolutely loved it.
